经国务院批准，北京市人民政府、工业和信息化部、公安部、交通运输部、中国科学技术协会将于2021年9月25日-28日在北京联合主办2021世界智能网联汽车大会。受组委会邀请，中国工程院院士、国际欧亚科学院院士、深圳大学智慧城市研究院院长郭仁忠，将在大会主论坛环节发表精彩演讲。

个人简介

郭仁忠，中国工程院院士、国际欧亚科学院院士，教授、博士生导师、深圳大学智慧城市研究院院长。
Guo Renzhong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Eurasian Academy of Sciences. Professor and doctoral supervisor. Head of the Research Institute for Smart Cities of Shenzhen University. 
长期致力于智慧城市、地理信息工程、国土资源利用等领域的理论技术研究与工程应用。
He has been engaged in the theoretical research and engineering application in the field of smart city, geographic information technology and the utilization of land resources for a long time. 
兼任中国城市科学研究会副会长、中国土地学会副会长、广东省数字政府专家委员会副主任、深圳市数字政府建设专家委员会主任等。
He is also the vice chairman of China Urban Land Institute, vice chairman of Chinese Society for Urban Studies, deputy director of Guangdong Digital Government Expert Committee, director of Shenzhen Digital Government Construction Expert Committee.
